Try before you ever pay
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial — full featured, no card required. The trial exists so that by the time you pay for Mujo, you already know whether it's for you.
If you're not happy
If you subscribe and it doesn't feel right, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll arrange a full refund of it — no interrogation. Write to support@meetmujo.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt.
Renewal charges aren't generally refundable, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us promptly and we'll look at it with common sense rather than a rulebook. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you have where you live.
How refunds are processed
Purchases are made through Paddle, our merchant of record — the seller named on your receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
Canceling instead
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that. Canceling never touches your data: your memories, your story, your export, and your right to delete everything all keep working without a subscription.
